What does Synlo actually store?
Synlo is a private registry. Skills and workflows are stored as versioned Synlo records. MCP servers stay where they run; Synlo stores only a sanitized connection configuration, never its secrets.
What is the difference between discovery, drafts, and release?
Discovery finds capabilities in approved local agent locations. Drafts save selected items to the organization for review. Release makes approved versions available in the organization catalog and sync manifest.
Does Synlo replace Codex or Claude Code?
No. Synlo is the shared distribution layer underneath the tools your team already uses.
How does sync work?
Enable Synlo's Codex or Claude integration once, then keep typing codex or claude exactly as you do today. Synlo checks the selected workspace once before each new CLI session and applies only approved changes. synlo sync remains available for an immediate manual check. Cursor desktop uses its own session-start integration.
What does Synlo collect?
Synlo records privacy-safe operational events such as connections, discoveries, installs, releases, and syncs. It does not collect prompts, source code, API keys, or MCP credentials.
